Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged or incorrect items Claims
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it is received. Claims for damages, incorrect items or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
For damaged items we may ask that you take pictures, if possible, of the shipping carton and product to assist us in filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
Returning damaged or incorrect item(s):
We will e-mail you a prepaid return label to ship the item back or you can use the Self Serve Portal by clicking HERE. Once the item is returned to us and inspected, we will ship your new/correct item(s) at no cost to you.

Return or Exchange
Free Returns
You may return any flag, part or accessory purchased from our store with the exception of custom products. Also excluded: residential in-ground flagpoles and commercial grade flag poles will incur return shipment fees.
Your item(s) can be returned for a refund if in new and unused condition with the original packaging within 40 days from the original order date. We will e-mail you a prepaid return label to ship the item back at no cost to you. If after inspection of the returned goods they are deemed new and unused we will refund your original purchase price less the original shipping charge, if you received FREE shipping we will deduct from the refund the shipping charge we incurred to ship the item to you.
To help us process your return in a timely fashion, please include the packing slip or copy of invoice. If you do not have either, please include a note with your return stating the following:
- Order number
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Exchange Policy
You may exchange any flag, part or accessory purchased from our store with the exception of custom products. Also excluded: residential in-ground flagpoles and commercial grade flag poles will incur return shipment fees.
Your item(s) can be exchanged if in new and unused condition with the original packaging within 40 days from the original order date. We will e-mail you a prepaid return label to ship the item back at no cost to you. If after inspection of the returned goods they are deemed new and unused we will process the exchange. Any difference in price will be either refunded or charged depending on the price of the item you are exchanging for and shipping cost to send out the new package.

Grand New Flag ships to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and American Military Installations.
How We Ship
We offer 2 USPS options and 1 UPS option for shipping:
- USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days transit time in most cases.
- USPS Ground Advantage 5-7 days transit time in most cases.
- UPS Ground 2-5 Days depending on location
