We offer two premium, outdoor, American made flags for sale both featuring: Embroidered white stars, unidirectional chain stitched sewn stripes, heavy duty 9 ounce poly sateen heading, and solid brass grommets for attaching the flag to your flag pole.

Nylon American flags are crafted using 200 Denier Nylon-Type 66 Bright material, the leading outdoor flag material, with UV inhibitor to resist fading from the sun. Nylon outdoor flags are fast drying after a rain storm and flies in the lightest of breeze for a beautiful presentation.

Polyester American flags are crafted using thick 2×2-Ply 100% polyester fabric. Heavy duty to withstand harsh weather conditions. Our 2-Ply polyester fabric is extremely tough and the best material for outdoor flags in excessively windy areas.

The short answer is they are both great outdoor flag materials. Nylon fly’s in the lightest of breeze, is UV fade resistant and dries quickly after a rain storm. Polyester is a heavier material so it requires more wind to fly and can withstand heavy winds over a longer period of time compared to Nylon.

Which flag material is best for my 6′ house mounted pole?

Nylon American Flags are best for 6′ house mounted poles as they are lighter weight and dry quickly putting less stress on the pole and mount.
