Our 20′ Heavy Duty flagpole is rated to withstand approximately 55 mph winds when flying (1) 3’x5′ Nylon American flag.
It is not advised to fly a larger flag as it will reduce the wind rating because it adds more resistance or drag on the flagpole. If you fly a second flag we suggest a 2’x3′ but be advised that flying a second flag will also reduce the wind rating as it adds more resistance or drag on the flagpole.
This is a very well built flagpole with design specifications for (1) 3’x5′ Nylon American flag and will last you many years when taken care of.
